I know that, since the initial submission of the application for Quebec CSQ, under PEQ (Quebec Graduate), a 6-month time is given for the submission of the degree or degree completion attestation letter.
I am Master's student in Quebec and I have recently finished my studies (End of summer 2013). I have received my file number for CSQ PEQ at March 18th (2013) and my 6-time opportunity is finished almost at this month (September 2013), however the issue of the degree completion attestation letter by university may take some processing time and I may receive it with a short-term delay after the 6-month time is over (late September or early October).
Do you think my application for CSQ PEQ will be refused? Does anybody have an experience in such cases?
I'll appreciate if you may share your experience with me.
