Do you mean that you received your AOR in March 2011 over 1 year ago and you are yet to receive an interview invitation or a CSQ??? . Waoh!!! that is really strange. Were you asked to submit additional documents? I received AOR in Nov, 2011 and I already fell that the interview invitation wait is getting too long. Where is your visa office?

Yeah. I started my initial application back in October 2010. Then received AOR, i.e. File number in March 2011. So, 14 months after AOR, still no news from them. My visa office is Paris. No they never asked for any additional document, at least not till now! The wait is killing me now as time seems to have come to a standstill!

I made my initial application in October 2010, got request for missing documents and finally the last AOR was in April 2011 stateing that my file is complete and under review. To date nothing has come, actually I have given up and moved to other projects....not worth waitting three years down the line......with Paris office you need alot of patience my dear

WAOH!!! I had a long wait for the AOR, over 11 months and i thought that would be the longest wait in this whole process. Now, 5 months after the AOR, we are yet to receive the interview invitation. Got another mail in Dec that stated that we are on the waitlist for interview.

The whole immigration process thing is so unprofessional. The situation at the Paris office has gotten catastrophic. The waiting time is totally crazy! That's the height. I am considering giving up too!

Received AOR in august 2011. I'm from Mauritius and no answer yet. Its so hard to wait this long when you dont know if it has been accepted or rejected.

Been waiting for much longer than u have yet, still no sign of the mysterious CSQ! I scarcely know what to tell ya! I am as desperate as you are! I'm pretty sure it hasn't been rejected. I did call BIP in March and they told me my case is still under study. I bet yours is too.

Well if it was rejected I think they would have sent a letter of explanation.

You mean your friend applied in February 2010 and then got CSQ in July 2010 itself and PR in July 2011???

Yes. Must have been really lucky!

That's totally crazy! How did s/he manage that? I've waited longer than his/her entire process thing took and I still haven't even got the CSQ??? Lucky him/her! Guess s/he is happily settled there by now!

2 years ago my friend applied in February, got interview in July and got PR in July the following year.

Your friend's occupation must be in the priority list, right?

My friend did a bsc in tourism management. Don't know if its high priority.
