Quebec CSQ - Is My Diploma Quebec-Equivalent?

I am applying for Quebec CSQ and have a question regarding my diploma. I have a diploma in Pharmacy Technician which is a 1 year program. Pharmacy Technical Assistant falls under the Quebec Preferred Areas of Training as Pharmacy Technical Assistant (DVS – 1,230 hours / 1.5 years).

Does that mean that my diploma should have to 1.5 years of training to be equivalent to Quebec diploma?

I can advise that you submit all your details to the immigration lawyer, if the lawyer gives a positive reply that would mean that you can go ahaed with this qualification, eventually it is your call whether or not to submit the application through lawyer.
