If we get CAQ, how much are the chances we get Temporary Work Permit or PR in Quebec?

CSQ is the first step for Quebec Immigration. Once the CSQ is issued, the VO has to do their regular background checks like medical, security etc.

Is CAQ and CSQ different? and once we have them in place, how sure we can be of VISA (PR or Temp Work)
