There is few good news. I my self got the medical request last week and another member G.Tomas got the medical request just now. His federal process was started middle of 2010.

Hope every one will get a very good news very soon (In Shaa Allah)

Thanks and I will share all the detail.
I already had completed my medical and the process is too easy. Just bring the latter which one send by VO and original passport. That's all. They will take a photo by them self and will take blood, urine and chest X-ray.
If its OK then they will send on next day.

So how long does it take from the date you submit your file to Federal till your MR?

I had submitted my file to federal in mid 2012 and by the grace of almighty Allah I got MR few days ago.

After CSQ, my file was submitted to CIC in the beginning of May 2013. I am waiting for file number, so long!

I am from Vietnam. I do not know where my VO is, maybe Singapore?

Hi everyone,
Welcome Viz and advice you to be patient, it's really boring processing time.
Congrat Leo12 for the new action in your file and hope to continue in the positive direction.

Just to keep you updated with my file status into QIIP, here is below the details:
29/03/12 - Interview done in Montreal.
18/04/12 - Fund of 800K$ paid.
02/05/12 - CSQ Received.
05/06/12 - File sent to Paris VO.
03/01/13 - File number received EP000xxxxx and asked to comply with Travel info form.
15/01/13 - Travel form delivered to VO.

Since that time my status on CIC showing the following:
1- We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2012.
2- We started processing your application on September 6, 2012.

The visa processing time in Paris office was 16 months but in the meanwhile it's reduced to 12 months, that's give me the rights to ask for Status Update from the VO after the the 8th of June 2013. I did and got an answer on 18/06/13 saying that they're still waiting for the results of security checks.

Is there any option that I can collect my visa from Singapore in person ? Though I am waiting for PPR.

I heard that the procedure to collect visa in person is now cancelled. Is it true??

My e-case shows "medical received" after then what and how long should wait I don't know.
Does any one have the idea???

Does any one knows how long it takes to "Encased" the DD for RPRF by the CIC.

Hope some one gives some light on it......
