Does it mean that Nigeria Bachelor's Degree is Quebec Equivalent?

Thank you Raz, you advised me to tick yes on the equivalent diploma and i am still confuse. I do not want to make mistake on the application form. Can you please go through the no. 8 of theapplication form and advise me. Can my accomping spouse fill every part that i filled as the principal applicant, e.g preliminary evaluation and family members accompning you. I understand that I should tick no for all the options in no . 8 part of the application form. I am sorry for borthering you.

Good day.Nigeria diplomas and degrees have their varying equivalent to quebec diplomas and degrees.Infact,the quebec immigration authority have posted on their website a file under quebec education and its equivalence the list of countries and how their diploma equate with that of quebec with their varying quebec immigration points.For the question 8,i strongly believe that you should tick yes to foreign degree that is equivalent to that of quebec.That was what i ticked when i submitted on the 16th of august,2012 though i have not received my AOR.

@Gentleandrew,good advice,I hve told Aye to tick yes to foreign degree equivalent,however,it does nt mean its an exacte quivalence when the evaluation is being done by vo.I had cause to see some preliminary evaluatn results of some applicants handled by my agent,the points given to their aot are lower than that of quebec aot points.

In view of the above,I concluded nijas diplomas are not direct equivalent of quebec or canada.I rest my case.

My previous employers are not forthcoming at all as they said they have a particular format in which they write such. I don't know what to do.

Another roadblock is my attestation. I am yet to do the Convocation ceremony for my concluded master's program but getting an attestation has proved serious! I pray God will favour me o! Pls. join me in prayers o...

Anywayz, I am just writing to say that I am still in the running o.....just delayed due to a few issues. I trust God that no matter what, I will get all sorted out this month of favour.

@Liss,I wish you success in ur efforts.However,I wuld advise that you dont allow some of those docs to delay you too much.Once again good luck.

@Liss,I didnt mean you forego any doc,but be informd that any experience before the last 5yrs are not considered,therefore include them but if reference letters are not available,they may be obtaind later and BIQ updated.
Also,if ur certificate for masters is not available,you may include it but just say awaiting certification and update biq as soon as same is obtained.
In my view,this is the best way to buy time and still comply with the new applicatn submission regulatns.
While it's advisable to include as much as possible docs,be informd that only relevant and docs that you are sure wuld give points are included in ur applicatn.

@Oge,you have to submit ur employment offer letter,pay slips for 3 mnths,pension contribution statement and/or tax clearance.If u've any issue call me on 08023237056,that is,if u're from nija.Cheers.

@Razaqng, my employer pays me by hand (ie) no payslip. Please, how can I go about this? Also, I have never paid tax since I started working. Could you please help me with this.

@Ajayidan,thanks my bros for ur concern.Am sending my docs through British Council by thursday,cos requesting them to send mail with my ielts result,at least that would save me some courier cost.
