French: None ( i have studied before for one year, but it a long time ago and i forget all about it)

My wife:
27 yrs, Bachelor of English literature, no French, and has one one year experience as executive secretary

Hello Bachar,
U will obtain the folowing points for ur file:

Niveau de scolarite - 12 pct ( as u have a master degree )
Experience : 6 pct
Age : 16 pct
Francais : here u should declare A2 minimum, is not hard to reach the level.If u send ur documents now u have time till they will call for an interview to reach the level and here u will get 6 pct
Anglais : 4 pcts let's say
Wife education : 3 pct
Age : 3 pct
French : 2 pct ( here also u'll declare minimum level A1, she can answer to some basic questions)
Till now u have 54 points, and the minimum required is 50 to pass further.
Now u add : baby: 4 pct
Autonomie financiere : 1 pct
Now u have 59 points and the minimum to pass for interview is 57!
Now in order to obtain ur visa u'll be called for an interview.Here they will accord u max 6 more points for adaptability.To get ur visa u need 63 points. U already have 59, so u need more 4 points, u'll obtain them during the interview.
BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT IS TO BE PREPARED IN FRENCH : SO U SEND UR FILE AND U START TO PREPARE FRENCH TO REACH THE LEVEL U HAVE DECLARED A2, WHICH IS A BEGGINER LEVEL AND U CAN EASILY REACH.ALSO A1 FOR UR WIFE IS V EASY, ENROLL IN SOME COURSES IN CENTRE CULTURELLE FRANCAIS.U CA DO IT, AND U CAN SEND UR FILE.

You had sent you application 2 months ago if I am not wrong. When did you get this letter? is you AOT in priority list. No you don't send any confirmation letter to confirm a waiting list for interview.

I m prepaing my file for sending to HK by this weekend. Need ur help.

1.Do I need to send 2 copies of Form for CSQ (2 copies each for me and my wife)?

2. What is better for payment of fees? DD or By Credit Card? I am holding International credit card of HDFC bank.

3. my wife will not accompany me.
A. So how much fees I should pay?
B. should I attach/staple her photos or not as she will not accompany me?
C. what documents should I send for my wife? i mean her work related docs are reqd to be sent or not? Any other docs not to be included?

4. I am not able to get letter for job responsibilities from my current employer. So what should I do?

5. How many photographs to be sent?

6. Do I need to staple photos with my application form, or just I can keep them in a small transparent plastic bag and keep it with my other documents?
