If it is true, which means only 40% of the applicants follow the document submission rules and format. For instance, people submit experience certificate without mentioning job duties, hours, and salary; thus, obviously it will be rejected. Another example, if immigration asks birth certificate, they will submit passport copy to prove birth date. In summary, you do not have to decide your case based on the others rejections.
In my opinion, Just follow the submission template and you will reach the goal.

Hi I do not understand why they refuse your case. When did you do your GNM was it after your +2 or after 10th grade? For how long the course was? What was your update in last time?? I suggest you to go for administrative review?

I have successfully applied for Quebec Mon Projet on August 16th and have also paid the fees.

But now my consultant has started to blackmail me, he is not giving me the password of the mentioned email ID and he is also not giving me the password to my account.

What should I do? Please guide.

I paid him some token amount, he created an email ID and a user account on Quebec site and gave it to me.
On 16th August, I logged into the account and applied the file and paid the fees.
and now he has changed the password for both.

I received requesting documents on june 3 by email. With last date mentioned as august 3,

unfortunately i saw the email today only. Will they accept if i send the documents within one month from today with a covering letter mentioning some excuse.
