Hi Am a Jul 2013 applicant .. I Submitted my file just like anyother with some payslip and nothing much on tax or PF/social contribution. Last month i got a response from MIDI stating Intent to Reject and they have requested only my updated and translated copy of UAE Residence VISA. Wondering have they stopped asking for those papers or will they come back with another intent to reject letter later?

Also i understand they have waived the interview process of all the applicant .. please correct me if am wrong.

Yes I sent, but they requested Certified true copies of the my diplomas and birth certificates.

i received refusal letter after intent de rejet due to shortage of 2 points..(55 out of 57).

but before you receive refusal letter from MIDI, did you get any letter like "Interview waiting list" or "waiting decision" after files updation on April 2015. Because we got a letter "Interview waiting list" mentioning adequate point after file updation.

I got CONFIRMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE!!!

I was expecting PPR and didn't get any email from cic so I wasn't expecting this AT ALL but wow this feels so great... Thank God!

I'm assuming it's because I'm from visa-exempt country and they already have a copy of my passport?

Anyways, it says it was issued April 19 but arrived today. I'll update my timeline if you'd like to take a look.

Thank you everyone for helping me and as all of you are it has been a tough process but I wish you all hang in there and taste the same joy very soon!

I will time to time keep posting and checking if I can be of any help

Its good sign for you.... I have received refusal letter after intent de rejet and nothing else.

After such a long long wait. I finally received my CSQ today! I thank you all and especially those that submitted their applications around the same time as I did in 2011 for your support and encouragement. To those who are still waiting, it may be a long road like mine was but it all feels so worth it now. Pray and have hope...may God be with us all! now my Federal stage begins.
