Hi guys!
Correct me if I'm wrong but FSW1 and QSWP are two different Canadian Immig. Programs.
With this they would have different processing times as well as requirements.

Hussain, did you apply for QSW or FSW?

your are correct... for QSW program it depends on the country you reside on

you can choose in this link the country and it will display the timeframes

and for FSW programs through Express Entry it might up to 6 months

some requirements are similar between them

Some people are saying that this part here is not required anymore and other people are saying that they were able to emigrate without sending these documents.

I haven't these documents as I worked receiving less than the minimum wage required for being obligated to pay the income tax in my country. If it is still necessary to send these documents, I’ll probably be not able to emigrate to Canada yet.

I don’t want to spend time studying for the tests and spending a lot of money on the process without being certain that they’ll not require these documents from me.

what if maximum processing time is over. example for india = 33+3+9=45 months . i got AOR = in dec 2011 . now 52 months passed

Better call MIDI and ask for updates especially for your CSQ Application Status.

hi everyone,

regarding the Police certificate Clearance from Kuwait and India please see the following:

To get a Kuwait Police Clearance, you need to go to the Canadian embassy in Daiya and go to the reception and they give you the request letter already sealed by the ambassador... It will take you a minute only.. Then you need to fill in your details and go to Criminal Investigation Department in Dajeej and submit this paper to them. They will take your finger prints and biometric eye scan and ask you to come after 10 days to collect PCC.

For Indian Police Clearance, go to the processing center of the Indian Embassy in Kuwait City... The one they outsourced out to... and request for the same.. If your passport was issued in Kuwait, you'll get it in a weeks time.. Otherwise longer...

You don't need to pay any fees for Kuwait pcc, but for Indian yes!
