Hello all,

Today i got a call from my agent saying, "Congratulations sir, your CSQ has arrived today".

i filed in 2011.... after almost 5 years of waiting, it has arrived.

so this means, a new case to be filed with Federal, then security, medical and then the visa?!

what can I expect next?

Congratulation for the CSQ, i cant help on the Federal stage becouse im still waiting for the CSQ but i wanted to say congratulation. ;D

I have applied before two years ago for QSW, on july 2015 i got a letter intention to refuse on octobre 2015 i send all documents that they required and then today again i got a letter from midi, intention to refuse because i dont have enough points.

TOTAUX :

Points au seuil d'employabilité : 43

Points au seuil de sélection : 52

what is the difference does any one have same experience ? and thay gave me 90 days to send additional doc. i dont know what to send because i already send all doc that i have.
pls help me?

Hi, you need to pass their passing points or go beyond theirs.
Did you hire Atty. Cohen? Coz u can ask your document specialist what's lacking in ur requirements.

Congrats ur on your way for the medical after submitting for the federal blah blah blah. Waiting period for medical from the submission of federal is 3-6 months. Then passport request then visa. (this is based on my experience I just got my visa on march1, 2016)

Dear All

I have applied in Feb 2013 & Got AOR in july 2013, After that i have received letter for updation and the same submitted in Nov 2015. now i have received letter "As per letter i have cleared preliminary level and now i am in waiting list for interview".

Now i am confused Interview for Indians are not required as per CIC website.

When they ask for interview or how much time it will take.

Please share your experience if any body knows.

Hi all

Need some advice regarding launching an administrative review or appealing my case. I applied for CSQ in late 2011. I got an Intention to Reject in August last year due to some missing documentation which i went to great length to gather and submit. However due to no fault of my package arrived a day late in Montreal, and MIDI issued me a rejection letter in January on that basis.

Can i file for administrative review and if that's the case what's the procedure?

Hi, submitting for CSQ is the most critical part, coz even 1 document lacking, they will automatically reject ur application. So it is very important to know the needed requiremnts before submitting to the immigration office. You can ask ur agency. It is much better if you have a case manager or a document specialist who will arrange ur file so they will inform u the requirements u need to send.

Please call MIDI and ask them about the status of your file. They will most probably say " application is in process ". there is no harm in getting to know whats going on ???

Please send all the documents those mentioned in that letter of intent to reject in the prescribed format, then you ll get csq..

did any one won Qsw after rejection with help of attorney.Im confused i didnt met the point and got rejected because they change the list my Aot had 12 points before now is 0 point.my Aot is pharmacy technical assistant DVS.r

Hello there,
I have a very interesting case, I have applied before two years ago as assistant technical pharmacist (DVS) now i received an e-mail from midi that i didnt reach the points i have 52 out of 57 and my employability is 43 out of 50, from now i have 90 days to send additional doc otherwise my case is refused, but what I so in the letter is the NOC code 6221 that is different from the Noc that i have applied this code has 12 points but the put 0 at aot .I m so confused I dont know what to do, does anyone has same situation as mine pls suggest me :-[
