I have applied for Quebec immigration in 2011 and I have received the rejection letter in May 2015. In turn I didn't leave it up. I have applied for administrative review in May 2015. I have received a notification in June 15 that my administrative review application is received and the process of review of my application is under progress. It is almost December 15 now, can anyone know about when the result of review will be declared for my case? Will they intimate by email or post ? how many months they usually intimate after sending acknowledgement? Pl. revert anybody

Under what grounds were you rejected? & on what basis did you apply for an administrative review?

As a general observation: the administrative review can take a very long time. It may take a year before you hear anything more about the review.

When it is mentioned that the verification of the documents( first step ) takes 1-9 months.

If I have priority of AOT training and living in quebec , does that mean that it will faster the processing time for me?

I received Intent to Reject in April-2015. MIDI requested Tax documents and Transcripts. I sent these documents in April-2015. I am still waiting for their final decision on my file as till date no response from MIDI after intent to reject letter (April-2015). I called several times, but the response was your file is in-process. wait, MIDI will communicate you through e-mail.

vase your post give me some relief that administrative review is there for reject applicants. I got intent to reject letter in july15 and documents sent in oct15 but on 22 Oct. I got reject letter because my spouse work legality documents not sent.now what can I do please suggest. someone say send file for reopen the file.

Nous accusons réception des documents que vous nous avez fait parvenir, à la suite de
notre demande de documents manquants ou non conformes.
Nous constatons que vous n’avez pas fourni tous les documents demandés dans le format
exigé.
Les documents suivants que vous avez fournis pour le requérant principal sont dans un
format différent de celui exigé :
- Original ou copie certifiée conforme des preuves de légalité de l’expérience
professionnelle pour les années 2007 à 2009. (Royaume-Uni)
Ils auraient dû être soumis dans le format « original ou copie certifiée conforme ».

Par conséquent, nous rejetons votre demande de Certificat de sélection, comme le

In turn I sent them original tax declaration letter received from UK HMRC. So Now I am waiting for administrative review results. So in this grounds, pl. let me know when they reply

I got this message in july. I called them last week but they didnt tell anything. I asked the executive about expected time then he said that this is unofficial question. I can't tell. You just wait

If proof of legality of work experience documents were requested for you spouse, and you didn't send them or provide a detailed explanation (acceptable to QC) of why you couldn't send them, your file may not meet the criteria for administrative review.

Hello all Quebec Aspirants,
I called CIC canda last evening, and shocking they told me that my is CLOSED , because They contacted me on 2nd June 2015 and i did not respond within 90 regarding some missing documents.
I applied on march 2011,
last communication received for updated form on 12th may 2013; since than HUSH. After 02 years i thought i should open another file but before that lets check the status.
Does anyone face same COMMUNICATION GAP. Is there anything left to be done ?

My application for QSW was received on 5 Nov. Till now no charging is done. I added my CC details.

A friend of mine who also applied, his file was received on 4 Nov. He said that he has been charged on 19 Nov.
Does anyone whose file received on 5 November got charged or not.

exigé :
-La traduction de la preuve des cotisations sociales ou preuve de paiement de l'impôt
sur le revenu pour attester la légalité de l'expérience professionnelle acquise au cours
des cinq années précédant le dépôt de votre demande de certificat de sélection.
(La ou les traductions fournies ne sont pas acceptées, car elles ne sont pas complètes.
(S'applique uniquement aux intentions de rejet envoyées depuis le 30 avril 2015) en 3/8/2015 apres ca j'ai presente une certificate de la agence de traduction dit que la traduction est bien et comme le texte arabe +une nouvelle traduction de la preuve des cotisations sociales +la licence certifie d'egyta +une lettre explicative et j'ai recu une lettre Accusé de réception de votre correspondance en 24/9/2015 et ya pas de reponse jusqu'a maintenant quelle est votre avis Huh est ceque ca va aller???

Mine recieved on Nov.5th. Charged last Nov. 25th. using CC.
