anyways, I will gather the docs and will send it anyways to them...
I need your help for the recent status of old applications.

See, I have got my AOR on 11-Nov-2011 and someone has mentioned on this forum that all applications prior to Dec-2011 will be treated according to the rules prevailing at the time of submission of application.
Is this correct?

Because I have got IELTS overall 7 bands (6 points as per old rules and 4 points as per new rules) and DELF upto A2 level (6 points as per old rules and 0 points as per new rules).

adaptability points eliminated, so singles may need 49 pass points at preliminary review stage and thus may be the processing times got reduced. But processing times may depend upon overall selection rate of year from e.g. asia it is max 8300 in 2015 ( see plan immigration 2015 given in planification 2015) http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/planification/index.html .
Also as superior court said that apply the Rules which were in effect when applicant applied so 2011 applicants should be awarded 6 points for A2 french
MY file reached Hong kong mission in first week of nov 2011 and got AOR in mid dec 2011, but afterwards not heard anything from them . on calling +1514-864-9191 then 9 then 1 then 1 they said your file is waiting to be processed and as stated on micc website processing time for india is 41+3=44 months for preliminary review stage. so wat would i do.
You said that superior court said the rule apply to candidate when they apply.
Is it true for all applicants? Or only for certain applicants?
Because I applied on July 2014. Now rule has been changed.
And is it mentioned on Quebec immigration website? If yes please mentioned the link.

Hi MKSHAH,

Nice to hear from you. Which document you missed to send? You sent your file in April right? DIdn't you hear from them so far? Even a reject should have happened by this time. Did you check with them over phone?

May be you still have a chance to send, since i see from previous posts here.. that they get back quickly with a reject.. if we do not send the needed docs.

It's been 3 years since I first applied to the BIQ.

Just got medical exams done last week, I hope to get Passport request as soon as possible

Hi Mkshah,

Do not send ur docs without proper explanation and covering letter for ur delay, otherwise they reject ur application. Btw what took u so long, u knew u had 90 days only... and what docs r u planning to send because ur docs are suppose to be compliant with their requirements. If ur sending Indian docs I can suggest what are the right set of documents as I am from India. I dont know about other country documents

Hi,
They asked for work certificates and social security contributions for me and my spouse.. I could not send it..
It was out of sheer frustration and depression due to frequent changes in their rules..

I started to believe that I will not get it.. so I just didn't sent it.. :(

Now, I am thinking of sending these documents to them..
So, what explanation should I write to them?

It was a very bad evening for me. After waiting for nearly 4 years I got rejection letter. :-( :'( :'( :'(
