Hi,

Any indian applicant can answer this query. If your PF is maintained by a Private Provident Fund trust there is no way, you will get the attestation from a EPFO (Government) office. What should be done in this case, to prove legality of work experience? Is a notary certification sufficient. Also, we could only get a digital certification of the monthly contribution.

Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

I've received this letter from MIDI after submitting additional documents requested by MIDI, verification des documents produits.
I am living in Montreal on visitor visa after my PGWP expired.
Anybody living in quebec and got this kind of letter ?

When were the additional docs requested and when did you submit them. Btw can u tell the full name of th agent that ur referring to

did u try calling midi recently.
I've called yesterday and they are telling me the same thing " preliminary examination is complete and waiting for interview call". God knows what they are doing and how much more time they gonna take.

I also applied in same month and year from India at was 16 now 12 but no job offer don't know when will they process. I never called them.

When you are on any forum,
Look for people ffrom your home country and ask them for her.

Most times, once they passed this level, they hardly come around.

Harryneedinfo just said he is through with preliminary examination,
And he is from Asia, ask him the particular certificate he used, most of us are not from your side.

To follow up request from Quebec Immigration Office to update several documents (education diploma, transcript and proof of tax income payment), I sent those documents yesterday. Today I realize that one of the document I sent was wrong where I should send the original document but I sent the copy one. Should I send that document? or wait for immigration office to ask me sending it?

My my..there is only ONE chance of updating documents. If they are not happy with what you've provided, the next one waiting for you will be the rejection letter. So you definitely cannot opt to "wait for immigration office to ask me sending it"...What you can do is send the correct original document again right away (and maybe try to call them and explain...im not sure about this though).

Another will use the copy and do a verification from the source you got while
An angry agent will just reject your application immediately.

Yes,
Someone sent a photocopy of income tax return,
The sent her an " intention to reject"
That if she doesn't send the original copy within 30days, her file ll be rejected.
Though, her boss was called within the said period for confirmation.

I believe its possible
