Its not a permanent job?
If its not then , you need CAQ and not csq...
Its faster but not permanent and you are expected to return to your country at the end of your job.

i heard the news from other student that if i attend the french language academy and finish the course,

Dear,

Inorder to claim french points you must take one of the approved exams from
Quebec ministry else you will not be awarded any points.

Hope it helps you!

"Recognized experience
The work experience by a skilled worker candidate must have been acquired:
in the five years preceding the date of submission of an application for a selection certificate
in an occupation with a skill level above “D” as defined by the National Occupational Classification (NOC)
legally in the country concerned.

The following experience, which respects the aforementioned conditions, is recognized:

experience that was acquired full time or part time in remunerated jobs
full-time or part-time work internships as part of an apprenticeship, training or specialization recognized by a diploma, both remunerated and non-remunerated."

From what I understand, aside from paid working experience--internships are acceptable as long as supported by a diploma.

I am a 2011 applicant from India (BIQ HKG)
I received an email from the ministry to update my documents, which includes my references from work place (mentioning the job description and other details), Income Tax Return proofs of all the years, my education marksheets as well as transcripts and birth certificate and marriage certificate.

I am curios to know, how to get job reference letters. None of my employers are ready to give that on a company letterhead. How do I make this understand to the Quebec ministry?

Also, I had submitted only A1 results, now i have A2 also. Should I submit that along? Please advise.

Hi KRUPS,

What is your AOT? When did you receive this letter? You can give as much evidence as possible to update in your file, it is only going to help. But, we are also worried about the IT returns, as we are missing two years IT returns...

Not sure, what to do in case there is a query.

Thanks & Regadrs,

All files opened after 1st April 2014 will fall under QSW 2014 rules.

Hi,

I received the email 2 weeks back. I am planning to get the job references done without a letter head, but signed by my manager. Should that work?
You did not file 2 years ITR??

I applied as Financial Officer... and we were in Mumbai, but moved to Ontario a year back. My husband came here on student visa, and now we both have 3 years work permit.
I have to inform quebec that I have moved to Canada already. Hoping that helps in getting few points, as my french is only A2. So scared.

For the job reference I found out, I can make an affidavit stating that my companies are not willing to provide such letter. Hopefully that should work.

If you have misplaced your ITR, I think you can request it again..
