Immigrating to Quebec is really taking way too long! Never ending waiting. I passed my papers for already a year and still nothings happens. Frustrating!

Hello everyone, Today I write to share some sad news My QSW dossier was returned today because the 6500 cap was reached. I sent my documents on August 2nd and my documents arrived on August 6th, although in Quebec immigration Website they announced the cap limit reached on august 11th, apparently they closed it before that day. Good luck to the rest of you who are still waiting. As for me I will have everything to send next year as fast as possible and as soon as they announce.

Congratz to @Nanzc for the CSQ...that was really fast. How did you know you were on priority list? What's your AOT and when did you get your AOR?

And to @Cherishlady....it's sad your file couldn't meet the cap but try to get everything ready if you wanna apply again cuz i'm pretty sure they will launch again in March/April 2015. ....... but you got your $$$ back which is good.

Processing time for U.A.E is 14 months. You are very near to destination.

@STYLOVE,,,,I filed my application May 2013. I got my AOR Sept. 15, 2013, I'm a nurse AOT 16, I beleive my 4 point increased from 12-16AOT really helped me because before I was short of the threshold 55 pts...BTW, we've crossed path before in this forum...I posted several threads before and you were so helpful to others including me,,,let's keep supporting each other, hopefully we'll be seeing each other in Canada someday...Goodluck to all of us,,,and keep the faith.GODBLESS!

??? : ???hi . i called to embassy ,i had applied in almost last month 2012 and aor in march 13.I M IN PRIORITY . WHEN I CALLED lady told me that everybdy from india have to wait atleast 38 months ,it does not matter wheather you are in priority or non priority,....after that she told me in second phase it will be decided you are in priority or non priority processing....is it right friends????38 months just for be in waiting for processing and next 3 and 9 months to get csq????for priority also ..if its ryt its very bad ..so long time ,i had already submitted everything no documents missing even i had sent returns ITR-v Mannual with stamps...give your suggestions frnds..i m waiting : : ??? ???
