I have received a mail from MIDI stating that you and your wife has not provided Social Security Documents as per required hence we are rejecting your file. As i have provided my Income Tax Documents for last 5 years (online) as they want instead i am unable to provide them Providend Fund Docs. and for my wife as she is house wife how can she is eligible for Providend Fund so i have made an Affidavit for her docs. Now what can i do in this case can i file a revision review. and also let me know what is the process of getting stamp on manual Income Tax Return.

As I mentioned in previous post, online copies are not acceptable, you need not show social security contributions if you have original income tax returns. Notorise cannot be done to online copies, technically it is not logical. Any original document which cannot be copied will be notorised not online copies as you can print many.
I thin Two scenarios you can apply for review.
1. If you enough points even without points lost due to non confirming documents. Like in your case see if you have 63 without points for experience
2. Get the documents in required format in less than one month and try to file review. If you try a little hard, you can get them. I am in Canada it was difficulty to communicate to CA in India to get these but with time and some money I could get them in format required.
If you are very serious, get a consultant to look in your case but I believe your online copies are main reason for rejection, not your wife's. They will consider spouse as principal applicant if your points are less to pass the threshold.
