our neighbor received the same request from midi, they requested everything, it's like starting from the very beginning..

Two possible scenarios MICC asking for documents again,
1) when the documents do not comply with the format required by MICC. We might think that some of the documents we send might be good enough but they are very strict with formats.
2) or if they lost the application. I see that applicants from 2011-2012, they transfered the packages from one office to other. during discussion with my attorny I learnt that they had stock piled all applications from many many countries in office and good chance that they have lost a few.

what ever might be the case, it is difficult to gather documents for application and I can feel the pain in doing it again.

I have applied for Quebec Investor in start of 2008. I had received Passpost Biopages and Updated Information Chart request on 15th October 2014. I assume that's PPR-1 request. I had sent both items (via email) on 16th October 2014.

Today, I received following message:

So, does it mean I am going to get PPR-2 now? Who basically is going to issue PPR-2 (LVO or ISL)? Is it by email or letter?

Just to let everyone know that I received a mail today from MIDI that my application has passed preliminary review and has been queued for interview on a date and venue which will be communicated to us later.

Timeline
AOT-NURSING
Application date--Oct 4, 2013.
AOR---Feb 13, 2013.
New Document update request/ intention to reject application for nonconforming document format July 14, 2014,
Requested documents in the right format submitted Oct 4, 2014.
Preliminary review passed Oct 24, 2014.
Interview date---NOT YET KNOWN

Hi folks
Just yesterday my package was received by MICC. I sent everything they asked in "intention to refuse letter" except USA tax forms (Which is on the way, will receive in first week of Nov) for years 2007 and 2008.

Provided all documents ( mostly original ) to claim all 76 points. Lets see what happens.

I had trouble with ITR-v online forms. MICC requested original copy at first I was confused but there is a solution.
My suggestion to Indian applicants, please get the manual copy, not online copy of ITR-V forms. Main reason for rejection for many applicants is providing the tax forms in online copy. I could get the manual copy after I given the online copy to a charted accountant in India. Its fairly simple process and should take 2 to 3 days. The ITR-v form will have a stamp from commissioner of income tax and a sticker with barcode , your name and details on it. No other formats are acceptable.
File sent:Feb 2014
AOR:May 1 2014.
Documents request: Aug 1 2014.
Documents Sent: Oct 22 2014.
Documents received my MICC: Oct 23 2014.

I am a graduate nurse from India applied for QSW in July 12,2013 and received file number on October 22,2013.Since then no other information.We had 65 points with family:my husband contributes 3pts,two kids(twins,1.5yrs old now).I had 2yrs work experience at the time of application and is still working.I am 26 yrs and my husband is 27yrs resptvly.Is there any chance for interview waiver?When can we expect further progress in our file?

Dont worry. You'll get interview,there is no doubt. good profile with good points. May be by 2016 last or 2017 You will get interview call. In between you might be asked for any updates. It is my guess. All the best.

I also received email request to update my files Oct 2, 2014 and submitted the requested documents for update on Oct 15, 2014 BUT the letter did not mention about passing the preliminary review or if I will be queued for interview. The letter only says that they will reject my application if I will fail to submit the required documents in correct format within 90 days in single shipment only, I hope their decision will be favorable on me, and that all of us will soon have our CSQ.. : : : : :

if yes, relax, you will get another mail telling you about the preliminary review or csq direct.
I submitted mine since may, and I have not heard from them.

Hi anand,

I have received a mail from MIDI stating that you and your wife has not provided Social Security Documents as per required hence we are rejecting your file. As i have provided my Income Tax Documents for last 5 years (online) as they want instead i am unable to provide them Providend Fund Docs. and for my wife as she is house wife how can she is eligible for Providend Fund so i have made an Affidavit for her docs. Now what can i do in this case can i file a revision review. and also let me know what is the process of getting stamp on manual Income Tax Return.
