Yes everything is returned

@Sabina22 This can be assumed that your file has to be in the cap since it's been already four months from the date u submitted your application.I think,if your application were not considered it would have returned back to u. So, wait few more weeks for updates. Good luck

Hi Vibez,

What is your level of French knowledge? Are you the principal applicant? Which state you belong to?

Today I called micc according to them my file is opened and it took only TWO months to open the package. Hureey!!! QSW is speeding up.

Congrats.

I wonder if someone could answer that;

As we know that; there are rough processing times given for each country's applicants at a website; e.g. For Pakistan; http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/processing-times-table.php?pays=txt-pays-pakistan#formulaire_delais

Now the question arises;

Does the processing time starts from the date of application or does it starts from the receive of AOR from the immigration office? I mean from where exactly we shall start counting this period?

And does someone know what does preliminary review and selection review means and where exactly we can spot interview call within these three processing stages???

The processing time starts from the date of receiving AOR. Interview happens during the selection review, i think, if you have enough points getting a waiver you wont be interviewed; if not, you have to sit for an interview for more points of adaptability.

A2, Yes I'm the principal applicant.

Thanks Vibez for clarifying. Are you continuing your french classes? I hope your AOT is Biological sciences, is that right?

I am not the principal applicant we have attached the IELTS with the application, 3 years ago and we have 7.5 in IELTS, i have done my A2 as well... Also, we are from IT field...

Just wanted to understand the status of our applications, that is why i am posing so many questions.

Hi guys,
I'll be thankful for any reply regarding the following:

I have changed my job and also started teaching at the Local French University: Is it a must to send a modification form for these changes? I've got AOR on April, 4th, I just think that the changes will result longer waiting period for CSQ (Recently I called the MICC, they told me that the IT department is loading the new amendments to their database within 3 months. :o)
