2013 October applicants received any response?
Yes , I got a request for Document/file update from MIDI in July. I was given 90 days to submit the required documents.

Hi everyone.
I just collected the missing documents requested by MICC and planning to send by tomorrow. Is it mandatory to keep a cover letter or just keep documents as it requested.
Kindly put your valuable suggestion
Many thanks in advance
God bless u all

Jobys I think you dont need a cover letter but you need to send the request letter send by micc in the same shipment of all the requested documents.
Can you share your timeline of application filled and other development?

Hi I need advise. My wife is no longer cooperating. While returning from a 2 weeks working mission, I noticed she has parked things at home and taken our 3 children to her parents. Attempts to resolve the issue seems futile for now. The kids are schooling there with her parents, while she is about to complete her last year as a Registered nurse. I applied for CSQ and got AOR in August 2012, I think we will be invited for interview soon. My worry now is what if she refuses to come back home before then, Can I inform Quebec Immigration of this and how. Valuable contributions awaited
Thanks

What is the missing document? Prepare all the document in the same format which is told to do. Send all the docs in one shipment. Dont forget to include the letter send by micc in the same shipment.

You still work with this employer right? Can't you get him to sign and stamp them?

When did you apply?...my brain is getting old cuz of waiting for CSQ lol, and is that the only document they asked you to submit?
I applied in October 2013. MIDI requested for almost the documents I submitted with my initial application and updates in family ,education, language etc.
It was difficult getting the payslip in English in the first place , asking for a stamp and signature on it is No no to him.

2. Apply for CSQ at MIDI. Already closed, so you have to wait until April 2015 for new rules and submit your application.
3. Depends, but you should allot 2-3 years for the whole process. CSQ+Federal
4. French knowledge will allow you to get more points and should allow an easier integration in Quebec. As for easiness of obtaining visa, that will depend on your file. AOR in priority, job offer, etc.
5. Yes, it is necessary if you want to get the points. Also English certificate. Even if you graduated from France.

Hello everyone,

I got an email today that surprized the hell out of me because I had totally given up on it. That email stated that I had passed the initial review for a CSQ and am now on the waiting list for an interview.

I applied in 2010 and must have totally messed up the application because 2 yrs later I was asked to resubmit practically everything plus some additional info. Now another 2 yrs and am on the waiting list.

I feel completely lost as I had given up on even my french classes. I plan to revisit their website to remjnd myself of their expectations but if anyone have any insight or advice I would apreciate it. My visa office is Mexico.

thank you very much for reply

what is CSQ + Federal?

How much time it will take to get visa?

sri

CSQ is for the province nomination. Certificat de selection de quebec. Once you get approved you apply for the visa at federal level.

Csq is about 1-2 years, then about 1 year for your visa at visa office
