Hello Experts I want to know that anybody can help me for Quebec Immigration. I applied the same in March 2014 and my file reached there on 28th March'14. I gave my credit card details for the same. I want to know how long they take to deduct the money as I was wondering if both payments FSW and Quebec can be deducted at the same time as someone told me that they take 3 months which will be around last week of June or 1st week of July and now FSW is taking around 30 - 35 days. My file will reach CIO hopefully by 20th June'14 for FSW which means my money will deducted around 25th to 30 th july'14 Hopefully and if both the payments are deducted at same time then it will problem for me as my credit card limit is one lakh rupees and can only take one payment. So please suggest me that should I send DD for my DSW and withdraw Quebec or not?? or else send both with credit card details if Quebec is taking more than 3 months???

Please suggest experts??

if you have one lakh limit with your credit card and need more funds to pay for both then deposit some amount which you need additionally into ur credit account.so ur limit will raise and parallel transaction wont fail.i have done it many times and will work for u as well:) so don't worry

Thanks Shreyas3s for your replies.

I have gone through the supplied links, and unfortunately, nowhere is it mentioned that invoices would suffice at least at the application stage.

As such, without French points, I do not qualify - do you suggest I still go ahead with the application with invoice?

Am sorry for keep coming back. I am new to this forum & just want to be sure to avoid disappointment & financial loss.

I have no knowledge of French but am planning to join French classes (AF or online self-study). In the interest of time, do you all suggest I send my application (with fees, etc.) now or should I send only when levels get cleared?

From the evaluation calculator, I qualify only when I have advanced knowledge of French.

Seeking guidance from seniors.
If you dont qualify without French result and do not have evidence now that you have passed the French test exams ,please do not submit your application, if you do you will end up wasting your time and money. Only apply when you have the minimum qualification (points) of 49 points for singles and 57 for couples respectively.

Do not apply until u dont have sufficiant point. Its not the matter of french but matter of points at the time of submission of ur application. The current pass mark is 49

Give it around 20 days depending on the speed of your local post. They only use regular mail to send AOR.

Points you mean for QSWP or for FSWP?

Also take into account that in order for a delf b2 be treated as "b2" you have to get 15/25 in each skill otherwise they downgrade the diploma to b1. (For QSWP)

So for QSWP that would mean if i get 16 each in all 4 section of delf B2 then only B2 level is considered and no points for each individual section.

Plz can any one confirm..

thanx..

Hi! Does anybody know how detailed the proof of social security contributions list should be? I'm wondering if it should have the name of the employers... I requested for one but the printout they gave at the office only showed the years and the total contributions, not the specific employers. Can anybody help? Thanks.
