Unfortunately no one knows except for the QSW program officers reviewing our files. Even if we keep calling them, the answer will always either be confusing or "be patient, we will notify you if you will be called for interview". So the best thing to do is to keep ourselves busy while waiting and be alert with any updates in their website. However, in your case you really need to call them as soon as you can as your papers may be treated differently because of the prioritization for the ST Haiyan victims.

Thanks. Right now I can't sleep. I tried watching TV series and movies but my mind is thinking about questions they will ask me when I call them. Don't know what will they ask me except for the confusing master's degree graduation.

I personally dont think that volunteer experience is counted. Only work experience that is done legally will be counted. Volunteer experience is just part of training under the context of studies.
I formally joined the paid job 4 minths before getting academic certificates. can't i start my counting from the begining?

If it belongs to Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Sciences, I'm afraid it has zero points. However, pls check this link and see exactly where your field of studies really belong to.
