Do we need to submit Declaration of Spouse or De Facto Spouse form separately or it is attached in Section Certificate Form A-0520-AA

There are three solution:-

1. Ask your courier company not to deliver and return you back the packet if it is not reached to Quebec visa office.
2. Call on help line and tell your situation (you can get number and contacting person from this forum) if your documents reached
3. Send missing form with cover letter and attach a copy of other forms + copy of shipment receipt (visa office could trace your application from this)

My documents reached quebec! :'( i dont know with dhl why they were not able to to hold d shipping while it was in hongkong last thurs. So my options now are d number 2 & 3. What's the number and contact person of their help line? Will it work? Does anyone of u encountered d same experience as mine? Thanks

Hi friends,
i have received my AOR on Dec 19 with a reference number, a file number and subject as open your file and a fist paragraph written as "we well received certificate request selection of Quebec and your payment. we confirm that your application is now open." I know most of us must have got the same kind of letter and we all are now waiting for next step.
I want to know if anyone of you are looking into finding a job or some kind of work that we intend to do once selected. i know this is going to take time but is anybody out there who has started applying in companies and you think you may receive an offer or something. I tried to apply in few companies and what i got was an invite to meet them in person, which is not possible at the moment.
I think we must also look into the smart utilization of time that we have right now.
Let me know your thought around it.
Also looking into alternate possibilities to go to Canada, while QSMP is still iin progress,
lets file some ideas friends

When did you call them from BD. Actual I want to know the time of availability of them during the phone call.

BD time: after 8:00 PM, you can make call to contact call centre.

Before making call, pls choice sound proof area. because IVR will speaking in French language in low volume, in short while it speck in English and say press #9 then follow the other step then you can reach call centre guy.

hello samantha, I just wanna ask, how did you know that your bank draft was already credited? I also send bank draft thru BPI, I asked them if I will be able to know if the bank draft was already credited by quebec but their answer was NO.

i think it ws credited because when i checked in my account the said amount for the application was already deducted.. when did u submit ur application?

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding the size of paper to be used for the documents. I do know A4 must be used but it surprised me today while I was trying to prepare all my documents ready to be submitted. I just found out that the documents I received from the school and hospital are either in 'letter' size (216 x 279 mm) or 'short' size (8 x 11 in). I made a huge mistake because when I photocopied them, I used the letter size too. Would these documents be accepted? Or will they be returned because they aren't in A4 size? What should I do?

I am really worried. I hope these won't be grounds of me being disqualified from the selection / not being able to make it to the deadline.
