Hey congratulations! You just gave us hope that finally Quebec is moving again :D. Where are you from by the way and your AOT?

Finally got my DALF C1 Diploma, going to send it to the BIQ next week. :D

They sent me a letter on october 23rd 2013 giving me 60 days asking me to submit any new documentation to get more points since the new rules were applied to me so I passed from 53 to 48 points, thus below the 49 points preliminary threshold.

I took the DALF and passed it and sent them the attestation de réussite since the deadline would arrive before I got my diploma, I also sent a letter explaining the situation.

They responded on January 9 asking me to submit the original DALF C1 asap along with this phrase: "D'autre part, nous vous informons que votre dossier est en attente d'une décision. Nous communiquerons de nouveau avec vous lorsqu'une décision sera arrêtée.", I'm not quite sure that they mean by that.

Adding this French diploma I would reach 54 points according to the new rules, so I would still be short of 1 point in order to get an interview waiver.
