Hi Nizam06024,

Just curious to know...looks like you are applying FSW from your signature, do you want to apply for Quebec immigration as well, If you have already filed your application in FSW, why do you need to try for Quebec ? Well, you have to take some time in understanding the procedure and get to know the procedure, the Area of training depends on your educational qualification hence would suggest you to check with the Quebec immigration site for clarity on this regard.

Dear lemans207
New rules are applicable for me, such like language. And till 6 to 12 months, it's very painful for me!!!! Why they are talking time too much??
So that I am going to North Pole and take long sleep.!!!!!

I am sure your case will be under old rules, its already more than 2 years for your application, I guess 6-12 months coz I waited 32 months for my interview.

Hi,

i submitted some update to my CSQ application since two months, can anybody tell me if they normally ifnorm me by mail that it was updated to my file?

thank you for your help.

Dear all,

I would appreciate if anybody help me for the following queried

Am Registered Nurse done GNM in 2011, now i have experinece of around 2 year. I want to apply PR under QSW program. I have searched a lot on this site. I can claim 16 point of age, 10 point of education , 12 poing of Area of Training , 4 point of my experience. so total is 42 without IELTS and French.

My quire is

1. How much Min. IELTS and French Points will solve my purpose?
2. Which French Test is acceptable TCFQ or TEFQ?
3. What is Financial Self-Sufficiency?

What is the process?? Should i process it through agents or i myself can apply for it??

Thanks

You can google "Evaluating online your chances of being selected by Québec" and do it yourself.
Or here (not sure if link will be shown) : www(dot)form(dot)services(dot)micc(dot)gouv(dot)qc(dot)ca/epi/index(dot)jsp?languageCode=en
In any case the application is on the official Quebec Immi website ending with gouv qc ca

I would strongly suggest to include French language results.

Application delivered to Montreal office :D

i think so this post is bit harsh for everyone but i just want to know one thing that
these new rules are not applicable on us i know that but at the time of interview when they
reassess us they give us new points it will be according to the new rules?

cos i ve seen many examples in the past

what does that means refusal for everyone who have applied and waiting for an interview before 2013 august ?

please make a comment and if this is the case make a petition so that BIQ can Understand our time and effort

and money we have spent in learning french

B2 level is not impossible but not easy for non francophone

guys think about this aspect

please comment

Umer,

Be one step ahead....try to improve your French language level

Maybe they only want francophones to apply now.
Applications will dwindle after July for sure. :( :(

i have already achieved B1 level in french

well i am thinking that at the time of interview they award us pts according to the new rules not the old rules

its not about french... its about the points system, if B1 will be 0 points or 4 points then they cut 4 points from each applicants :-X

but i dont think so, because they already accepted the applicants,i am sure will b applied on new applicants only

UMER BE CALM

NEW RULES WILL APPLY ONLY TO NEW APPLICANTS

OLD RULES TO OLD APPLICANTS

HAVE A CHILL BEER AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE BUDDY

At the interview they will apply the point system which was effective at the time when you applied. This is what happened to me.
