you said before for the visa it takes thru Abu Dhabi 11 to 13 month,

I think youll be called next may 2014 still 40700 not called for interview ,,,, when it became montreal office became so slow
 
Dear friends,
I posted application today by DHL express with full of curiosity and enthusiasm thinking what happens next.I have also some degree of fear whether my application contains criteria to be accepted or not.They said it will reach by thursday but referring to lebel of mailing address in the form ''documents submitted in support of the selection certificate'',I did not mention any address in french and official language of my country.As we also use english language for addresses.I just mention it in english.Hope it does not matter to my case.

I am working in an International developing organization as Finance person and my working experience is six years. My spouse is a university lecturer and her education background is English. We both are qualified in DELF A/1. We are also completed our TCFQ. MY one is comprehension orale A1, Scroe 199 and Expression orale A2, Score 5 and my spouse is comprehension orale A2, and Expression orale B1. Just few days back I've new born baby.

I submitted my file to QSW on mid of March'11 and received AOR on 13 April'11 after that respected authority completely silent till now!!! My visa office Hong Kong and my file number is HA0000695xx

I want to know that how long take time for CSQ and PR??? Please let me know if you've any experience.
Is there any update for Québec applicant? Our BIQ HK vo is day by day slower for Asian country!!!!!

Permanent workers


Maximum number of applications

The Ministère will accept a maximum of 20,000 new applications for a Certificat de séléction du Québec under the Program for skilled workers, beyond which the applications received will be returned.

This maximum number of applications does not apply to you if:

* you submit an application under the Programme de l'expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);
* you have a valid employment offer in hand;
* Citizenship and Immigration Canada has informed you that it has agreed to process your application for permanent residence in Canada;
* you are a temporary resident and eligible to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec.


Order of priority for processing applications

Effective August 1, 2013, applications will be processed in the following order:

* applications from candidates submitted under the Programme de l'expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);

OMG ...it's getting tougher day by day seems like they don't want immigrants anymore..Glad we most of them applied even before this..
 
seems both principal and spouse must have B2 level french :'(
