I hope everybody is doing good while waiting for their turn for interview/csq. I m also doing the same.. :)

Well, it been almost a year and 1 month since I sent my application for csq and I submitted my ielts results too.I got my ielts result in sep-2010 and so in sep-2012, it will be over 2 yr for ielts result.
My question, is my ielts result be considered valid as it is over 2 yrs now.

You dont have to worry MKShah, you will be fine.
As you have already submitted your IELTS with your initial application.

Wish you Happy Diwali and prosperous new year to all my Indian/Gujju friends.

Hi harit, thanks buddy.
my doubt is that my ielts certi will be more that 2 yr old now and as per the quebec website, it should not be more than 2 yrs old, so do I need to reappear for ielts and submit fresh result or they will consider my submitted result with application for csq?

Sending my best wishes on Festive Season!
Happy Diwali & Prosperous New Year to all Indians & Gujjus !

I am currently residing in Hyderabad INDIA. I am planning to submit the form to quebec by this month end.

Can anyone let me know mode of payment of the fees ?

In the website they mentioned

certified cheque (international or drawn on a Canadian bank);
Canada Post money order;
bank draft (drawn on a Canadian bank) or international money order;

I have access to CITIBANK,ICICI Bank in Hyderabad. Is it okay if i can take Demand Draft in these branches ? what is international money order and certified cheque ?

Please let me know..Thanks

The fees are as below

Quebec Skilled Workers / Professionals Processing Fees are as follows:
Applicant Fees
Principal Applicant $750
Spouse, de facto spouse $156
Each dependant child $156

The mode of payment will be DD. Demand Draft in favor of payable to the Ministre des Finances du Québec
I did it last month from SBI bank.

Thanks Rizwan. I am a bit confused. Is SBI an international bank ? Is bank draft/demand draft both are same ?

Hi bullrules
Yes, SBI is nationalize bank and hopefully you shouldn't face any issue. DD and Bank draft are same.

HI takemblues
Well... what i think is overall assessment ( Adaptability ) at the time of interview will play imp role and if the interviewer feels that this guy can cope up with french.... that's it!!!! he will have CSQ. otherwise french has its own importance as you will have to learn it if you want to stay in Quebec..... so y not learn here? this will also increase the chances of your CSQ approval.

BTW... how many points did your friend score??? HOw long back did he apply?

HI Everyone,
i will need some clearification if anyone can be of help;
i have got all my documents ready and have got my English results
but am confused on where to send the documents as the site says those under UK
are covered by Paris. also there a lot of start dates and end dates under paris
so am completely confused. please anyone with an idea should help me clerify these
matters. also am I suppose to send my statement of account at this stage?
thanks guys in advance

You are to forward your application to the montreal address provided on their website.Paris BIQ have backlog of application,hence they have stopped receiving application since march this year.

You are not expected to send bank statement.Just fill the financial contract form printed from their website and include your employment pay slip for the last 3 months.The dates you read on their website are for those who have been scheduled for interview.You have not reached that stage yet.
