You are absolutely right my friend, that's the bottom line..lemans207 said:All I understood from who had done their interviews, that they decide our case before intervew
The office has only to check few points, with adaptability points he can play to either accept you or refuse you.
The best choice is to go to interview with 54/62 (single/married) as 1/6 point is always giving

I would like to refer you guys to GPI with following paragraph:-
• obtenir au moins 2 points au critère Niveau de scolarité du facteur Formation, c'est à dire détenir minimalement un diplôme d'études secondaires générales ou professionnelles (VOIR GPI 3-1, SECTION 3.3.1.1);
• satisfaire au seuil éliminatoire d'employabilité. Le seuil qui s'applique à cette étape est le suivant :
- 42 points pour un requérant seul;
- un minimum de 49 points pour un requérant seul;
- un minimum de 57 points pour un requérant accompagné de son époux ou conjoint de fait.
Tous les facteurs sont pris en compte à l'étape de l'examen préliminaire, à l'exception du facteur daptabilité.
I Hope this information is beneficial for everyone and make all the points clear.
yes you canc82 said:The main question is ......As of now I reach upto 56.Can I submit the application now and later on I submit the TCF result(On that Minimum I will get A2 level)adding that point I will reach upto 60 point.
So,Whats your suggestion seniors....Can I submit the file or not?
My understanding of the current QSW application states that one must submit application with certificate of exams for which one intends to claim point, if your are to claim points for French then you will need to submit a minimum of A1 result and you can take other level of French exams to get more point before or by the time of your interview. So without any French certificate at the time of submission implies you don't intend to claim any point for French which might affect your chances.c82 said:The main question is ......As of now I reach upto 56.Can I submit the application now and later on I submit the TCF result(On that Minimum I will get A2 level)adding that point I will reach upto 60 point.

c82 said:So, what is the conclusion...
We required 52 or 50 points at time of file number.
I think, if u got below 42 for a single applicant and 50 for joint applicants, ur application will be rejected
automatically
Than 57 point for csq and 63 for visa....AM I right?
For a single applicant, once u got 49 (57 for a joint) or above u will be invited for interview,
then during interview u might be awarded up to 6 points (adaptability). once u reach 55. u gonna put ur hands on CSQ. otherwise
you understand what gonna happen. those who are waived from interview, means they got 55 (63 for joint) or above (P.S.: u may have above 55 but still can go for interview, it depends on ur status, mostly checking out the level ur French)
Please correct me if I am wrong....

01:54:52 am @ mkshah hey! sorry for the late reponse. well, i filed my application in dec 2011 and not jan 2011. i have done my bachelors in commerce so dats not in priority is it? for AOT i mean. yes, i heard that news too..that they are processing oct 2010 applications right now so how long do u think it will take for me??
can not say how long it will take, as they have updated the processing times and for BIQ HK, many countries are not having any selection mission presently.
yes, sure i would share the details of the letter with u all. when i had sent my application dec2011 i had mentioned on a stamped paper that i will be enrolling for the french classes in jan 202 and wil send them the results as soon as i amdone with the delf exams. then, i had sent my ielts " academic" along with my application. received AOR in jan 2012 andthen after that i received this letter which u r referring to as " strange" hehe! i will tell u the summary of the letter. it basically said that they r in need of my frnch and ielts marks sheet. in which ok case i assumed that they r not accepting my ielts academic and want ielts general. so i gave my ielts
general and once i got my delf marks i sent itto
them. coming to the letter,it also said they are
giving me 6 months time to submit delf and ielts
and if i fail to submit within 6 months they will
be"OBLIGATED " to close my file. let me know if u need to ask me anything else.
aapreciate all the help dude. thanks! -Gryffindorgirl
if you want my help for any thing related to qsw, pls ask.
