I already got my CSQ :) I was referring to my experience with the "intent to reject" letter that I have received last january. I'm now preparing for my federal application.

As for the knowledge of french language I actually listed it at 0. SHe was aghast to know that I didn't speak french but she kept on interjecting some french words and asked me questions which I was able to answer in french. So at least I was able to convince her that i understood french somehow.
sorry dear i thought u missed the train.... all the best for ur further part... :P

Every people has different weakness. So, Some peoples get a problem in reading part, some get in writing part. But generally, Most of the peoples get problem to understand the listening part. Due to french accent speaks in audio, most of the peoples don't understand their words. Up to delf a2, it's not that much difficult but for b1,b2,c1, people really need to tune their ears properly.

Dear Francaise

Got ur point.. thanks for the response..

there isnt any specific format (form ?) to be filled for the fees. just make sure the DD is payable in favor of
Ministre des Finances du Québec

check this page: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/biq/hong-kong/fees.html

Hi friends

What is the difficulty level of DELF A1 exams. I have already enrolled myslef for A1 course with AF...

Niravk,
its recommended to appear for the DELF A1 after you've completed ur A1 (part 2) or while doing your A1 part2.

ofcourse if you put in a lot of effort and self study with respect to the speaking/listening part, you can very well attempt in after ur done with the a1part 1.

It's not like that. Every member of this thread is always ready to help others. perhaps, nobody has better idea about Montreal and doesn't want to misguide you that's why you didn't get any reply.

You can go to Quebec official site. perhaps, you would get some answers of your query. Please follow the link given below

Also tell how much amount of DD should I make?
My application has 2 adults, me as PA and my wife as dependent, but she will not accompany me.

Pls suggest.

hi mkshah,

Not sure if you have already got your answer. But I will try to answer this qurstion based on the way I did it.

I added the dependent documents after the principal applicant and then the next set of docuemnts same way untill I am done with the last set. So I did not make a separate set for dependent.
About DD, I sent in credit card payment fees. So separate payments(one for princiapal appl and one for spouse).
good Luck

Well this is a forum and not an immigrant consultation agency. We're here to help if we have the time and If we are asked nicely. if nobody can answer your question you should also try to find the answers yourself. There's a pdf file in Immigration Quebec about all the information you want to learn about the province and its regions. You might want to search for that link to find out yourself.

You won't pass the immigration if you only want others to do all the digging for you. You should be the one trying to help yourself the most in order for you to pass as a QSW. I hope you can also read the previous posts of all the members here. You can use the search bar for you to search for specific inquiries or topics in this thread.

Stillhope's link is also a very good place to start researching for information about the job market and cost of living in Montreal. I've also used those information found in there in my CSQ application and it helped a lot. You can also check Statistics Canada (statcan) for more information.

Good luck!
