Hello Seniors,
Do you think that the procedure of our files in BIQ would be faster than before 5 Dec since many people postponed their application till they get language test result ?

Wow good catch Bachar.. Never thought of this, but it makes sense as there will be few application sent to BIQs due to these new changes.

also based on what you expect.....

Education: 10 (expected 10)
AOT: 0 (expected at least 6)
Experience: 4 (expected 6)
Age: 16 (expected 16)
French: 2 (expected 2, now have A2 so will get at least 3)
English: 6 (expected 6)

+ financial sufficiency = 1 point

you will have a total of = 47 points....still this can not pass the preliminary evaluation of 49 points
better work on your AOT to prove that you will have 12 points instead of 6 points

Thanks, there is another way:
Education: 10 (already got)
AOT: 6 (other food science major from the list)
Experience: 6 (I have confirmation for last year ready)
Age: 16 (still long way for me to reach 35 years ;) )
French: 3 (A2)
English: 6 (IELTS)
That makes total of 47 for employability section (min required for this one is 42)

Additional +1 for financial self-sufficiency and something i didn't think about before - gonna go for 2 week trip to Montreal - will give me 1 point - total 49 - perfect match

One catch with trip to Montreal is i wont have vacation at work till may, do you think they might wait for this - suspend the file or sth?

yes by that way you will definitely reach 49 points and be called for interview :)
it would be better that u'll have ur trip documented on the application before sending ur appeal so you would save time or else they will return your application for missing 1 point for the preliminary :)
6points for AOT is quite clear for your education if you graduated 2008... just make sure u'll have that 49 points prior sending them all and things will be on its place for u soon.. Good bless for this!

thanks for the link.. but what i mean is the book.. :) DELF A2 activities.. thanks anywy

Dear Sir Osama

Is it possible to add a column for interview location for whom who interviewed already?

For Hong Kong office I dont know where will be the exact location. I heard before its in Damascas but now a days may be difficult there.

Rana

1st If u get married before PR then u r legally bound that u have to inform your visa office that your circumstances are change, if u dont inform them then that case your wife will face a lot of problem to get PR Visa.

2nd If u want to marry before getting PR then u have to apply for your wife CSQ and they will again asses your case as a couple, if in case u r short of point the u will be in trouble.

3rd May be they again conduct your interview.

4th I know it is tough and important decision to get married, but i already explain u the situations if u get married before getting P.R, so try to delay your marriage until u get your PR.

rest is up to u.

please advice

thanks

How Aot given me 6 points instead of 12.my education is in dcs 3 years mechanical engineering . your area of training comes under section C

Thanks for your prompt reply

1st at the time of my interview i was also married but divorced i also have one Baby ,i included both of them and now from VO i also got my baby medical forms but she will not accompany me to Canada , i have informed both of them.

2nd at the time of my interview the interviewer also issued me a description letter along with CSQ ,but in the letter nothing i found that i can not marry or if i will marry they will conduct my interview again.

3rd this time if i will get marry i will not accompany her . i think the VO will just send me her medical form not ask me for her CSQ.

4th after got my CSQ i have changed my two jobs i also informed MICC but they did not took any action .

5th after sumbitting my CSQ to VO its the resposibilty of VO to issue me Visa timley .

i think MICC will only acces my wife documents if i will requere to accompany her, if i will not submit his fees how they can issue her CSQ. i planned i will apply for her CSQ after getting PR and landing

What do you think

Dear Rana,

Its better to land first then get married and take her visa other wise all the CSQ process will have to start.
