Hi All,

I've been reading many pages of this post, but I couldn't find the answer to my question.
Here it goes:

I'm french and I can speak fluent english (and french obviously).
Do I need to provide an IELTS test result with my application for the visa?
Do I need to provide any french test result?

Thanks in advance for your answers,
Matthieu

Dear seniors mkshah/OsamaR ,

Could you please help me ? I got MBA degree major in Finance from Stamford University Bangladesh (Private University of Bangladesh). It took two and half years to complete. Visa office will count it or not, if I'll submit file for CSQ ? I need your valued & rapid response regarding this concern.

Thanks in Advance
Robin

Note : This is the third time that I make the same post. Please help me.

Hi Robindesbois, as long as this university is accredited in Bangladesh, then there shouldn't be any problem at all as mentioned by xse2573..

Hello my friends.
I got my CSQ on the 22nd of November and now i sent the federal application files to the CIO in Nova Scotia (31-01-2012)...
Do we have any friend who received an AOR, in order to see the timeline?

Thank you in advance

This is my question too... I wonder what will happen once we submit our application for the federal step to the CIO in Nova Scotia. Who will give us the AOR? Will it be slower now that it has to go through the CIO???

Actually the time it takes to get to the interview depends on your visa office, so it might not be 1.5 years.

Basically, you need to score 63 points during the interview in order to get the CSQ. There are 6 more adaptability points that the officer can give to the candidate during the interview. Check this link for more details:

Thanks :-)
From scratch, had some classes back in a day, but only word i remember from then is "un stylo". Around 2-3 hours a day without weekends ;)
Got 18 for listenin, 23.5 for readin, 13 for writing and the only fail - 5.5 for speakin, cause i didn't prepare this part at all, not even self-description - did improvise, maybe gonna retake this test in June to improve speaking points, cause for now i have for sure +3 in CSQ points, it depands, gonna wait for reply from BIQ, cause its about time - app sent on dec 2010...

Hi Lirjan,
The news for me is:

" Address disappeared on 27.01.2012"
Except this My status changed from RBVO to In Process and a line was added to status saying " We started processing your application on 24.01.2012"

Still address is missing.
I am hoping for the MR to come these days as the address is still missing!

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/any-ones-address-disappeared-today-27th-january-2012-t94471.210.html
You can also follow this thread just to have an idea if this happens to you later on.

And you, is there any news from you?

I really do not understand this Missing address problem. If you can find time PM me to clear this out. Until now no news from my application. I don't know, i hope it will take a year until get my visa. If it will take much more than that, then it will be a problem for me.

Mine is also missing address from 27th Jan. but no updates from them. I am not sure if this has to do any thing with processing.

Hi Syed,
I am about to submit my application for federal. but i am confused about one thing.. do i have to notarize the documents that i send ? CIC website doesn't say anything about certifying the copies. so, i am bit confused.
