but still got confused about some points..
If some one has done bachelors degree in commerce and then post graduate diploma in business administration, how many points will be given for education? Unfortunately 6 for bach. or 4 points for Diploma and all countries have different point system about the educations.

and also, if he is working in Market Research which is related to his postgrad diploma, in which section of list of training it will come? and how many points for AOT? its depend how long diploma he have
one friend here has PM me about this, but I could not figure out the points for this. you can surely help in this.

[blue] hi nirav, you can claim points for AOT if your postgrad education is considered.
But, this points of AOT will not be given to u if your education bachelors in commerce is considered.

So u may earn 2 or 4 points extra (here I am not sure about how many points for your AOT) for AOT with postgrad diploma.

And take my words bro, I have seen people here who are short of just 2 points and for that they are studying french so much to get those points.

So, if you have the AOT points to claim, then better take it.

Points awarded for post graduate diploma is 4 in the education list. In such a case if my post grad is considered I might earn 2 to 4 extra points as you have said (which will take my total points of education to 6 or 8)

Secondly if my graduation in commerce is considered then I will gain 6 points for my education. Then in such a case as per the 2009 list of training can i claim 12 pts under section B criteria (college level technical training - business management 3yrs)...Does business management implies commerce and administration also..??

i have no idea about it. But I read it somewhere on this forum that you can include a letter showing your choice of education to consider along with your application to BIQ. Other members pls comment.

Moreover degree which you have is of bachelor of commerce. Bcom has more to do with accounting & auditing.
But if your degree specificly mentions business management as your major subject, then there can be posibility.

the imm0008 is the application form for federal application only,it has nothing to do with Quebec selection certificate.Hope this info suffices?
