Let me share something with BIQ HK applicants that 2 days ago I came across one person in my own language forum and he said that he has file number of month of July 2010 and he is called for interview in the month of August and his interview is going to be held in HK, so guys we can expect an interview call in 2 or 3 months. It seems that Number of applicants in BIQ HK have increased tremendously so this could be the reason for this delay.

Anyhow this seems a sign of relief for some people like me who desperately waits for interview.

My Quebec certificate reference number has 9 digits, the first two are letters and the 7 others are numbers. Maybe they have made a mistake or it may be like that but u have to clear it out before u apply for the federal process.

I just spoke with Quebec MICC and found out the following:

You all applying for QSW will get 9-digit Individual Reference Numbers so you can apply through Emploi-Quebec. Since I`m a sponsored case (family), I don`t fit the profile & get only 8 digits in my number.

Oh well. The agent told me to register anyway, although I`ll need to use my husband`s family`s addresses, I suppose.

Sorry...I guess I`m an intruder on this thread, but it was the only Quebec specific thread I found. :-[

Quebec is a common word that unites us all either as sponsored or economic class applicants, but it was the only Quebec specific thread I found. :-[

That's right, my visa office is in Vienna again. I have received an e mail today, they are requesting my military book. I have not served any military anywhere, so I think my passport request will come very soon (i hope so...).

1) u have two NOC codes is that how it was wrritten in ur CSQ or it is just ur personal invention
2) y is it that u have not gotten MR after 5months in the queue mainwhile Manoylo_gb who applied to the same Visa office got his MR in just 2months

2) I have received MR in 18 days, not two months. I have sent my federal application on 5th of May and received my MR on 23rd May. I was waiting my police clearance for ~20 days and I have applied for federal then.

@ Manoylo, pls 4give my misrepresentation on the 2months as against 18days. well i had just hope i can say the same about the visa office in accra where one month is equivalent to one day. my file has spent over 6months at CHC-Accra but to thenm it has just spent 6days.uuuuh. i guess very soon we will to to wish u too safe journey as u set sail for Quebec.

Everything OK. yeah sure everything is ok. and even if there were errors in the application, it shouldnt have taken this long for them to return the form. they av left me no other choice than to think that my file is being procesed by a newbie who dosent knw the difference between QSW and FSW ande hence has placed my file in the wrong queue with the FSW-stream. most still they dont rspond to inquiries under the guise that it slow down there processing time
You are waiting for 6 months for MR?! OMG! That is too long... my e-cas stated that: They started processing my application on Noverber 23rd 2010. maybe they are still calculating my points which has already been done by BIQ-Paris. I just wish i can lay my hands on just one of those Morrons there.. so that i can just give him/her a slice of my mind which i believe will not b Rossy
