yes sir i applied the case with spouse & two children, but it's not possible for me to take the IELTS test because i have only one month dead line left, know i have only one option left that how can i changed the AOT of to get the points.

I got csq and applied for federal, but am having some doubts.

Did I need to submit even the forms that do not apply to me and just say Not Applicable?

And can I add missing docs like a copy of my passport or wait till they tell me it is missing?

Hi, I applied in November 2012 but my case is still in process for CSQ. Can anyone tell me if the passing marks is still 63 (with spouse) for me OR its 57? Will I get marks for B1 level of French or no? I mean will the rules at the time of application apply to me OR the new rules will be applied to my case?

hi every one i have 2 questions.

1. I have already assessed my educational documents through iCAS. Kindly guide me that if i want to apply for quebec PNP then i have to get valuation one more time from Montreal or already held ICAS assessment in enough?????
2. Can i apply for both Express entry system and Quebec PNP or just one at a time?

I applied for CSQ in Aug 2014 (for single applicant)
And i received a letter (intention to refusal) in Sept 2016 which indicated shortage of points.
in which they sent detail of points and assessed my application according to new criteria ie 49 points for single applicant and for federal ,you do not need any point in new criteria.i received my CSQ in Nov 2016.
Moreover,B1 level of french does not carry any point but Level B2 carries point according to test like in TCF/TEF Scores 14 points i think ...M not pretty sure that 14 or 16

You received intention of refusal in Sept 2016 but then CSQ in Nov 2016??? Did you send additional documents to add more points?

I think there is a court case of supreme court of Quebec which demands to give marks for B1 level also to those who applied before August 1, 2013. There are 50,000 applicants. My question is, is it really being applied (Are marks given for B1 level to those who applied before August 1, 2013?????

Secondly, will the passing marks criteria be 57 or 63 (with spouse)?
