D -Day is 18th January. Cap is most likely to get fill in 3 days with 2800 applications

I just received my file back. They received on 10 Dec 2015, and of course they mention that the cap is reached.

Yes. As per Quebec site, the link should be available and active on 05th Jan atleast for the people who is having valid job offer. Unfortunately it does not work for now. Keep trying. It should work anytime.

1. Register and apply online -
2. when immigration is ready to review your application - customized list of docs to follow to your account in mon projet
3. 90 days time to submit the same

IELTS - when requested - send it directly from document issuer - Ielts centre
Degree - notary or certified true copies

Yes the issue still remains with the Mon project site.. Not sure why its still not been rectified..

Hello Everyone, I have question regarding Quebec training program Code.


I am planning to apply for Quebec CSQ based on points scheduled to start from Jan 18.I have degree Bachelor in computer application(BCA), Which is 3 year regular degree and my wife has bachelor in business management.
After having a look at training list document, I am confused whether I am eligible to apply with my degree under this program for CSQ.

I discuss with one of the consultant and they told me that bachelor in computer science is acceptable (BSC) where BCA is not accepted.

I have 10 years of experience as database administrator and will apply under skill code 2172. WES, Considered my Degree BCA as Canada equivalent 3 year degree program. Can I claim or assume 6 points for Degree BCA in secttion C Training list?

I am assuming below points for Quebec CSQ Application

Education 10
Area of Training 6
Validated Employment Offer 0
Work Experience 8
Age 16
Language Proficiency 4

I am new on this thread but not new on the forum. I want to apply for Quebec and my details are given below. Please tell me do I eligible or not.

Main Applicant :

Age = 30
IELTS = 6.5 (Overall)
Education = Masters in Comp Science from Pakistan
Experience = 7 years in Computer Engineer (Same as education)
WES Result = Three year Bachelor Degree.

Spouse Details :

Age = 27
IELTS = 5.5 (overall)
Educaion = Masters in Comp Science from Pakistan
Experience = 5 Years in Call Center
WES Results = Three year Bachelor Degree

Child Details :

1 Child = 5 Months of age

Please send me the link from where I can get more info and please do me a favor , Please tell me am I eligible or not ?

I have received a letter from Direction de l’immigration économique - International on 11 Dec 2015.

The subject is: Intention de rejeter votre demande de certificat de sélection

They have requested the following documents:

ETUDES ET FORMATION

19. Copie certifiée conforme de tous vos certificats ou diplômes, en commençant par le diplôme
d’études secondaires

20. Copie certifiée conforme de tous les relevés de notes correspondant à vos diplômes délivrés par l'établissement d'enseignement (sauf pour le diplôme d’études secondaires générales), pour chacune des années d'études ayant mené à l'obtention de ces diplômes
Si les titres des cours ne sont pas mentionnés sur les relevés de notes, vous devez aussi fournir la copie certifiée conforme de la liste des cours du programme d’études que vous avez suivi.

Could anyone suggest how should I send the above documents? I am asking this question as I have already sent all these documents (attested by Notary). Since they are asking again, I believe it is not in the format they requested. I am wondering if they need all the documents attested by the educational institution and NOT notary.

Any experienced feedback will be highly appreciated.
