I need your help pls... recently i received "intention to reject" do I have to send all doc. again?
1. they are asking for tax returns notice in my country we don't get back our returns is it ok if I send only a letter that I m a regular tax payer!
No. You need to send the document requested. If this document does not exist in your country, you need to get a letter/confirmation from the tax authorities in your country which says so.
2.do I have to pay extra fees
No.
3.how about experience gained over 5 years what should I send!!!!what kind of document or certificate?
Have you consulted the document requirements which are clearly posted on the Immigration Quebec website?
4.if I send an original doc. with a seal neither in english or french is it ok?
Have you consulted the document & certification requirements on the Immigration Quebec websites?

I need your help for the recent status of old applications.
See, I have got my AOR on 11-Nov-2011 and someone has mentioned on this forum that all applications prior to Dec-2011 will be treated according to the rules prevailing at the time of submission of application.
Is this correct?
Because I have got IELTS overall 7 bands (6 points as per old rules and 4 points as per new rules) and DELF upto A2 level (6 points as per old rules and 0 points as per new rules).

Guys can someone confirm(or refute this for us please)
all applications prior to Dec-2011 will be treated according to the rules prevailing at the time of submission of application.
Is this correct?
