Hello guys,

I got my CSQ today. I applied on 4th October 2014 and they issued me CSQ on 11th November 2014. I got priority because of validated job offer.
I was not expecting expedite processing but not this fast. I was preparing to get married in December and add my wife.

Now that I have CSQ as a single applicant, please help me whats the procedure now. I really want to add my wife cause I don't want to get PR and then sponsor her and wait for 3 years for her to come here.

Please share your experience, I really need it.

I don't think u hearD them correct then...lol...bcos with 72 points ?interview ?Check again may be you can't rely on just the info given by the customer care..I thought u will get CSQ straightway...Telling about interview ,Abudhabi is nowadays having frequent interview missions.So even if you have interview you will have it the next recent slot.However the new missions update will be published in January only...

I don't know what happened...with document I submitted...May b tht is the reason may they want to schedule the interview...and other aspect no French at all,,,, any way I am just waiting for their notification email or letter....

Did it state verification of documents produced?then I think you need to wait for their notification...Don't worry you will be totally alright with your points.May be they just want to check ur original docs again..

A memeber of the form was in similar situation. As per his calculations, he has 68 points.Also he was very confident about the format of all documents produced. For some reason, the officer calculated 60 points so he was called him for interview. In the interview, officer looked at all the documents and awarded the points and issued the CSQ. Hope the same with you.
But be careful and be preapred for the interview. If you have some time, learn a few phrases of french, history of Quebec, Montreal, your future plans, how you plan to learn french ..etc.
As we all know Quebec immigration is not Objective its subjective to officer.

I have received an email request to provide my tax slips and notarized documents of my certificates from Quebec immigration.
I would like to make sure whether I passed the stage of required points or not?

I have applied around 2011 so I completely forgot the point system of that time.
Anyway, I guess if I don't qualified then they don't have to ask extra documents to prove it, right?
Please clarify my doubts.

Could be yes. If you have less points even considering that you provide the requested documents, they would have rejected you.
So yes you pass the initial threshold if you send them the documents they requested. Becarefuk though, if you deviate in any of the requested documents, they will simply reject the application.

Try to get all the documents in required formats. There are lots of posts in this form on right format of the documents.
