Why is it happening to me again really frustated,got the tax statements from UK.But my name was spelled wrongly they have added a word to my name as LINDAY...

Just try and relax. All will end well. Draw their attention to it. It should not take long to get another one as all they need do is remove one alphabet. They do not need to check your records all over so it should be faster.

Can I just send it like that,will it affect ,as its a typo error.New one will take 3 weeks to arrive as they use ordinary postal services.

3 weeks is a long time....

The situation is dicey. Support the tax document with an affidavit... MIDI officers are very detailed.

Get one from any of the high courts of justice, saying that your name was misspelt...and that you are one and the same person

Hello friends; my file reached in June 10 in Quebec; but not getting any response. My draft is not encashed. Any body get AOR on this tume line?

My file reached Quebec on the same date, 10/6/2014. I didn't receive any hard copy letter from them, however I called them and they said DD was encashed and file was opened on 26/8/2014. I am still waiting for anything official.

Does anyone know if a foreign degree is evaluated and assessed by a accredited institute in Canada (outside Quebec though), will it be treated as Quebec equivalent degree OR the degree must be evaluated by MICC?

Would you mind sharing your experience what the micc people said about hard copy of your AOR?

I called today and it was big disappointment, they told me to wait 3 years for CSQ :-\ :-\ :-\

I asked if anything is missing, they said at the moment nothing is missing, but for your nationality (Yemeni) waiting time is 3 years.

Which nationalities get priority?

They sent it by regular mail, but I am not sure whether I will receive or not, many documents get lost by regular mail. They told me it has no importance, it is only stating that we opened your file and future communications will be by email, I just finished talking to them now to check if anything is missing, they told my you have to wait for 3 years to get your CSQ :-\ :-\ :-\
