Anyone 2011 applicant from India, who got CSQ or interview call.

Earlier my AOT was having 6 points, now it is 12 points.

Please do let me know when can i expect CSQ.

They are mad 100%mad people. This gov is doing mad with us.
In my case now my age is 33 after 7 years later if i got visa my age will be 40. In 40 years old i am find a job in Quebec.
Is any company give me job as over age people.
Quebec gov has not a little common seance.

Is there anyway to request for refund of application fees since I do not have patience to wait about 6-7 yrs. for entire processing . who knows our application would be considered positively even after waiting that long?

I think, they are no more interested in us since they only want people from french speaking community. and why don't they categorize about processing time for priority applicants from non priority ? Do they mean processing time stated on their website is for all AOT? what happens if our file has to meet the requirements of express entry in the near future. They may do whatever they like.

Hi Iam Regisred nurse who apply QSW got my AOR 2014 may, My question is Im piority in there list but as per new updates why should I wait for 41 month for processing?It is unfair,we have to wait 4years to seinterviewhat happend to our file.what finally if they said no,if rejected I think canada immigraion process ruined people life this is like suside. they are not only ruined my life but all of our family members.Anyone can say think possitively ..yes we can but if they reject us any how, Can we get our four years back?Finally what we happend is we will lost all the chances applying for another country becouz of ages etc.this is suck why cant they make process fast without ruined peoples life yes or no thats it.....!!!!! ??? ??? ??? I think it is wise to withdrow my file and apply another country can you seniors share your ideas...

U dont have to wait only for quebec . Grab the opportunity whatever you get . It doesnt harm ur application And as far as u r a nurse u wont take 41 months it hardly takes 2 years for priority applicants . In spite of getting stressed cash this time in learning french and preparing for interview as without french u will do nothing in quebec .

i got file no on feb 2014. now i have changed my job so what i have to do? update new job details to micc quebec. also i have fill tp the form A-0520 MA for any update in to my file.pls reply ....

Yes you have to. Any change to the situation must be informed to micc within 30 days. By filing change to the application from.

need help now. im trying to have my file delivered in quebec, but UPS wont accept it because it's in french. does anyone know the english address of quebec immigration?? tnx

Just translate the address to english by google. And send it in english that would be ok.

I had applied for csq in the month of march 2014 and my file was received on 20th March 2014 as per DTDC Records
I had applied in the permanent skilled worker
I had got reference number
My demand draft has been cleared on 08.07.2014.. This information is provided to me by bank from where i had made the demad draft
But till now i did not get the acknowledgement letter or file number
I am from India, Principal applicant
I got reference number it means that my file is opened and accepted by immigration
Please tell me what to do now

I also got only recference number by email. And I think it is enough for further communication.

reference number is enough, even in future if you need any correspondence with them you just have to use a reference number.
because I receive a letter few months back and they put only the reference number there were no file number mention in that letter.

Yes yes. Means file accepted . Fees encashed and opened for processing.

I have some updates for main Applicant & spouse like new passport no., salary increments, new tax documents etc... So I have to update these information to QC VO. But my Lawyer told me that, QC VO have not accept any update without any query from them about any update for the applicant. So I have not send any update to QC VO for last 6 months.

Whether there will be any problem for it?

Dear DebR,
don't worry they will ask you the update before preliminary review.
Note: If any update you have, which relates to the points you should update within 3 months of change.

Just wait for a month or two after your money has been deducted since they are going to send your AOR via snail mail.
