I don´t have a link because that was said during an information session, if you want you can enroll to a virtual information session and ask, that´s what the immigration officer said. He said that because the French Alliance is an organization dedicated to give classes and not for translations, he also mentioned that all translations must have the affidavit of the translator and the french alliance does not do that, he even gave us a list of the authorized or recommended translator in each country.

And what about the IELTS?

Is this info session made by Immigration Quebec? I filed with an Academic IELTS and got an AOR. It means it is accepted.

And you filed on 2013 right? correct me if I´m wrong. I don´t know but maybe Academic was accepted before, I guess is up to the Immigration Officer I´m only saying what IO said during the information session.

i have file my application for csq in june 2012, and now they are asking me to present last five years income tax returns. which i am not having, because my salary was low. and i did not pay any tax. so pls suggest me to satisfy them. i have already sent my all experience certificates along with the application. now according to indian rule i can not get more that past two years tax returns.

Dear Allah
First of all there is no need to worry and secondly just explain that in India it is not mandatory to file ITR as there are more than 30 percentage or more are not filing ITR.
And also you can send them your salary slips to convenience regarding their query or maximum FORM 16 from your employer.
If possible can you share your AREA OF TRAINING and French level.

Hi, unfortunately yes, you have to take IELTS no other proof of english is accepted I dont understand why but even native speakers have to take the test.

Let me give a detail of how IELTS Points are awarded

Listening:
Band Score 5.0 to 7.5 (1 point)
Band Score 8.0 to 9.0 (2 point)

Speaking
Band Score 5.0 to 6.5 (1 point)
Band Score 7.0 to 9.0 (2 point)

Reading
Band Score 4.0 to 9.0 (1 point)

Writing
Band Score 5.0 to 9.0 (1 point)

Yes! Its really impressing to submit IELTS report because we are learning & speaking English here in Pakistan since childhood and we also have English as the main language for studies and job. When I applied to UK as a student visa I claim this to the university they wived my IELTS by taking my interview on skype but I don't know why Canada is afraid of it, any ways now we have to do because there is no other chance.

Yes we need General IELTS instead of Academic IELTS, and I have heard that General is much easier then Academic, It's not a big deal for me to do IELTS but it's a waste of time and money.

So... I rang up BIQ Montreal yesterday just to find out whether or not there's any update of my case and got replied that file's opened up in July, 2012 and it's been processed now and they're unable to tell how long it takes to come up with a result for the Bangladeshi applicants!!!! :-\ :-\ :-\ Damn!!!! I wonder if they understand how much frustration the whole process creates!!!!!

Anyways, please call'em up on +15148649191 then consecutively press 9, 1 and 1 with a little pause in between to hook up with someone for the info regarding our cases (Well, I mentioned the numbers since you'll be hearing a lot of infos in French once you're connected and it may be somewhat difficult to understand the instructions if someone's not that good in French. Trust me, I'd have gone mad if I wasn't told the numbers before by my mate. ;D). I made the call at about 11:00pm and I recommend you to make the call anytime between 10:00pm and 04:00am as those are their official hours except the weekends.
