My total points without IELTS is 57 now. can I submit ielts score later sothat I can add marks to make 63 ? when should I submit ielts result?

Yes you can submit ielts later but make sure you've got your file no. already.

I lodged my application for qswp last january 6, 2014 but they returned my application because i only paid 750cad instead of 757cad for processing my application..i lodged it again last march 20, 2014..when my timeline processing will start????...January 6, 2014 or march 20, 2014???... any idea??..I will appreciate your response.Godbless!

My friend landed in Quebec and did not give an address and he was given a number to call and give the number. He has called the number many number times to no avail.

Please those of you versed with the quebec immigration should help me with a number and an e.mail where he can send the address.

I am asking you this question because we can notify timelime to return back our application, if we don't get enough point or any other reasons.

Plz. read below mentioned sentences for CQS on mentioned link:

If we do not receive the form duly completed and signed, the necessary documents (appendices, declarations, etc.) and full payment (in Canadian currency only) of the required fees, your application will be returned to you by regular mail without being processed. From now on, this rule will be strictly applied.

If additional documents are required in order to review your file, you will be given 60 days to submit them. This time limit is calculated from the date of the acknowledgement of receipt sent to you and indicating which documents are missing. If the office processing your application has not received all the documents within the set time limit, your application will be refused

He should log to his online account using his client ID (the one used to track his federal application status) and update his mailing address.
