Selection missions for skilled workers are carried out in several countries and territories at different times of the year. Some missions can take place on the same dates in a given country or territory. Consult the schedule of selection missions which is regularly updated, but is subject to change at any time.
Here's the schedule for Asia. So for those under these countries it says that "No selection interview for these countries or territories currently 1 and 2

These processing times apply to applications for a Québec Selection Certificate only. They do not include those that apply to applications to the Government of Canada for permanent residence.
