if a person have 64 point without French.can he applied without French and English point mean without ielts and self.

yes ofcorse, you are lucky to have such points, but nevertheless you have to show some intredt in the french language .. one way or another

You should had asked experts who took CSQ
The interviewer will ask you this question after you get your CSQ

you must make international insurance for 3 months b4 you land until you get the health card

will new rules b applied on you? since your on waiting listm did they ask you to update for b2?

for the famouse question : i am eligible even at new rules becasue Computer engineering will give me 12, so i lose six points and gain another 6 points..

my feeling is that no, i am not at new rules, becasue one lady told me in July 30th in customer care, they already started working on your file .. and then after some time i got the email ..

i stoped thinking of this, becasue the result is the same ..

Yes the waiting time is up to three months. Moreover, until you give them proof of residence like utility bill or rent contract, they will not give you medical card. I waited almost three months to get my card. I did not take any insurance because it wad deadly expensive. Luckily nothing hapenned.

Guys i forgot to mention something ..

i got the email of beign on waiting list, in my Junk email .. they sent two emails not one ..

be careful and check your junk everyday !!

If you are from one of the following listed countries then you don't need to wait for 3 months for the carte soleil because the Québec government has entered into reciprocal social security agreements, which include a health component, with the following countries:

Belgium;
Denmark;
Finland;
France;
Greece;
Luxembourg;
Norway;
Portugal; and
Sweden.

If you live outside Québec for 183 days or more per year and if you fail to provide any grave reason for residing outside of Québec, then your health card will be cancelled.

Usually, they will update next missions only after the current missions are over. We need to wait till end of December to know next missions for Jan-Feb-March..

Yes of course, If you dont want to claim any points for English language proficiency then no need of ielts. If you want to claim points for french language proficiency then you should have certificate of B2 level at least.

I would choose "No" because a file was never open therefore it could have been denied. It just reached the office but since the cap was reached they probably just returned without ever opening the envelop, so it is as if you never sent anything in the first place.

hi i apply to federal skill 22/7/2007 i got file number , but idont sent any paper and they not ask for me any paper last year they told me you file terminated all file 8 / 2008 terminated
in my case i have to put no apply or apply

Please help ,

I am graduate guy working in India for IT Company. I got my assessment done and I am eligible for quebec immigration with 53 points . I am a married guy but unfortunately I am living separately from my wife from last 3 to 4 months .So I have following queries

1. Can I apply as principal applicant and say my wife will not accompany me ?
2. So I will be eligible for 49 points criteria ?
3. Will there be any delay in processing of my file as I am having status as separate ?
4. Will they reject or refuse my file due to my martial status. ?

Please advice me on above issue as I am getting very much confused because of my martial status .

his process postponed for 18 month after he obtain B2-B2 and send results for them!

I just want help..

I am Pharmacist from Egypt Working in Saudi Arabia I sent my file to Montreal on August,2011. They sent me letter including my file number.
Till now I didn't receive any thing from them regarding the interview. I indicated in the application that my level of english is 4 which is higher biggner. After the new modification in the process should I send the TEF result. Moreover, I got marrieg last Februray, 2013 should and I will send the application of my wife is that will affect my situation?

An immigration agency told me that the new qsw rule took effect last august 1,2013 but they started getting applications by september 1, 2013. Is this true?
