Thanks Sir ConradFael for having the time to answer my queries. I really appreciate the quick response. Going back to your answer to QUESTION 2, so I dont need to put it anymore and the transcript just explains everything? Or do I put N/A?

Re: SSS contributions.

I have the same problem. I also noticed that the system is not up to date up to the latest monthly contributions.

What I will do is print my online contribution and have it stamped at a nearby SSS branch. Then file an affidavit claiming that:

1. SSS does not give out ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES of summarized monthly claims and only has an online inquiry system.
2. I printed out a copy of my monthly claims and had it checked and received by a SSS officer.
3. The printout is not up to date up to the last month.
4. attached is a photocopy of my payslips from the months that did not reflect on the online report.

I also have my ITRs from the companies that I have worked with (backup in case they dont recognize the SSS online thing)


Can I gather thoughts about this from senior forum members? Thanks!

Regarding SSS, You can check my reply to kristine from the previouse page. That was how I did mine. Regarding your education just remove it instead of putting N/A. Like I said you dont need to include it in the list

Depends on your profession. Check out their website and check the requirements in order for you to practice your profession in quebec. If it includes you need a comparative evaluation then you need to get one. I heard that in order for you to find a job faster, you need the comparative evaluation.

Can someone pls guide me on my area of training. I've done my Mcom degree from india n had my degree evaluated by world education services in Canada. They said my degree is equivalent to 4 yrs graduate in business administration. Can I now claim 12 points for my areA of training, does this mean that my degree is equivalent to the quebec diploma of same category which awards u 12 points?
My spouse has done his Bcom n various tourism courses like IATA plus a diploma in business management. Hw many points can he claim for areA of training?

i am not sure about the 12 points, i have the same degree but i thought that i will only claim 6 points since my degree is pbtained outside Quebec! how did you evaluate your degree ? and what is this "world education services" ?

i have question,before 1 agust 2013 i receveid my file
no.My AOT is bachelor applied Mathematics
after these changes,according to List of areas of training 2013
there are two field for mathematic
Mathematics: 6
and
applied Mathematics(Master's degree): 6
and there is nothing for bachelor of applied Mathematics neither 0 point !!
i`ll be thank you if you help me to findout how they calculate my
domain of study!!!

I have 2 question and wishing i can found response from ur sides as u do it always

1- is there is link that give chance to any applicant to follow up the new states for his application ?

2- second i have applied as skilled worker to quebec 6-2013 and untill today i didniot recive my file numebr , .....

my question is , i have BSC degree of accoutnting & business adminstration , i worked 1 year as accoutnat and currently im working in bank in treasuy deparmtent

so am i will gain the point for both experience & area of training ,

as i mentioned i submitted my insureance letter it is wrriten as ( Accoutant ) & my Hr letter from bank that i work in it as ( Banker ) cuz that is my job title in the organization that i work in it right now ?

I did. You need official transcripts for each diploma you want to evaluate and degree copy certified by the school or by the authority responsible for issuing diplomas. You will need to pay the fee too and fill out a three-page form. In addition, you will need a copy of your ID. Then you will need to wait about a year. I submitted mine in June and was told to wait at least 9 months.

Can you please explain what is "file opened" or "file in-process". Is both are same? I called montreal office just now. the lady said my file status is in-process. last month I called few times they said my file was opened. I asked the current status effect date. she told 28-Mar-2013. Can any one help to clear please.

i didnt understand your last sentence, what is the 28th march ? when was your file opened exactly ?
