You can find lists of universities and colleges (cegeps) by following the links from here:

You need to apply for admission to a university or cegep. Then you apply for a CAQ, and then a study permit. For a degree program, check the school's deadline for application. For a short program, you also need to think about the time it takes to get a CAQ and a study permit.
