i just want to ask you a question as you know that the BIQ HK has been shifted to Montreal and new files are being assessed by BIQ Montreal and AOR is being issued by BIQ Montreal i want to ask it will fasten the CSQ process or not? meanwhile the new applicants get sorted out and the relavent BIQ clears the backlog ! which is stuck i hope u guys understand my question

If your bachelors degree is computer science (min 3 years) then your code is U115 which is not a priority occupation

i really wonder why you answer people in the forum according to the office you applied to, and according to your case, and very old rules !

dear we all became same office no old rules and no new rules.
and our office is faster than your office and other office, we have 6 missions during 4 months.

you must update the old table that was created, check whats your file number and check where they reach.
with 4 missions at same time, all over the year they interviewed 4000 only. do your calculations for 1 mission

just try to know what is the last file number interviewed, who isn't priority

haha here's the list again good work buddy. maybe we should sign petition for those files are more than 2 years old and almost 2 years, why do they keep such files so long? actually when these people applied, the processing times for a non priority applicant is just one year the most, but when priority applicants door in FSW were closed they turn their way to QSW as the second option only but making non priority applicants suffer. I strongly believe that new applicants including those who submitted at the beginning of 2013, they are only using QSW as a backdoor to come to Canada because they were not able to come thru FSW. who can disagree with me? that's the truth. but the other truth is these new applicants who are processed very fast is making the long wait for non priority applicants now.

take a look at the case of ASW it was just over a year. but now more than 2 years.

I wanna make a suggestion to the biq offices, since there is a priority and non priority case then why don't they separate offices for each case so that these nonpriority files will not suffer from these newly submitted files. one office shall process priority files and the other non priority.

yes there should b solution, at least they can increase number of officers in montreal, lets consider they closed over seas offices cost cutting
on other hand they can hire more staff in montreal and they will not b paying accommodation etc

one of my friend applied for Quebec immigration but his case got refused in thi nov 2012 his biq was biq HK and refusal reason was that he was short of 3 points he was a single applicant and his profile was MBA , experience 8 yrs , age less then 35 and in his primary evaluation he got 6 pts in his IELTS but when the interviewer conducted his interview he gave him 5.0 points for that and he took DELF A1 result and presented it in his interview his application got refused cos of 2 pts and the interviewer gave him PERM403a refusal letter he contacted me and i advised him to do TCFQ and he gave TCFQ With a result of B1 and A2 now he haven recently filled an administrative review he was asking me again n again will BIQ will accept his TCFQ and issue him CSQ or not ? guys please comment
