This form is given to visitors, citizens and residents on air canada. It is issued by the CBSA. You declare if you have alcohol, tobacco, duty free stuff exceeding a certain amount. You should also state your home address(in this case where you'll be staying), in addition to some other questions, don't even think about lying in your statements.
Depending on what you fill out they'll decide if ur luggage will be searched.
