Thanks for the link Cherif, I noticed something regarding the coverage, as I saw Wind has the best offers but its coverage is limited to a certain cities " Montreal not included" and you have to pay additional cost for using other network so it becomes not that attractive.
In summary, don't solely rely on best offers but keep in mind the coverage and the using of other network.

you cant call abu dhabi VO, there is no option. Only you try by email, usually they don't reply
