well i dnt know about qsw, but Federal at Warsaw VO- visa got stamped there not in beirut. and i personally sent the passports through dhl to warsaw got stamped (took 10-15 days) than i had to tell dhl to go pick them up and send them back to beirut.

SO this is not a rumor. (VISA was clear issued by canada embassy in warsaw)

Passports from Bucharest are stamped in Beyrout and that is for sure

a friend from 2008. who has remedical in july still waiting. seems they stopped the ppr right at my turn !!!

I think they will start resending PPRs once they dispatch our passports from the embassy. Maybe they don't want passports backlog at the embassy

maybe they ran out of stamp's ink!!

Passports from Bucharest are stamped in Beyrout and that is for sure

if thats the case than applications "transferred" to Bucharest are still based in beirut.. anyway it will be clear when they are issued.. (if it is written on the visa issued beirut or bucharest) mine was issued warsaw

on another hand.. i guess timeline is just procedure steps.. when they ask for the passport doesnt mean 100% finalized you still have final decision of the officer thats why it takes time ..

It shows "decision made" on the ecas for everyone who received the ppr email

Mostly once you see your ecas updated to decision made, it means your visa stamped
But where? and delivery method

hello canadian citizen, did ur fiancé receive the renew csq which u said they mention they will issued ? ,specially csq take alot of time untill it deliver by mail from quebec authority,where the visa would be expired before receiving the new csq, what u think?
