yes indeed, if your VO is bucharest than visa will be issued from there Ditto warsaw.. beirut etc.. i was even asked upon landing just out of the plane why i got the visa from warsaw not beirut lolol haram they have no idea what we went through to even get the damn thing

only dignity who his visa office was Beirut, his visa was stamped in 3 days

But again who waited 4 years can wait 4 weeks

If you set up the flight leb-montreal then click on "Notify me of flights" you will receive in your mail flight updates on daily basis, the 733 is the latest notification , if you wish pass me your email addy over PM and i will forward it to you .

Processing times were updated
no big changes for Bucharest, now it's 13 months

it has been 14 months for me, and more than 13 months for most applicants who still waiting for the passport stamping.. so expect it to go up to 14 months again or maybe more

guys it has been a hold at the Canadian embassies since 13th of this month! no passport stamps yet and no new visas..

Mostly once you see your ecas updated to decision made, it means your visa stamped
But where? and delivery method

i just did the vfs and they gave me the "send an email" embassy contact info, i know better that this is a dead end than to call them

The process just keeps getting worst by the day... The country is getting worst by the hour... For me I feel it is a race between getting the papers, and this country falling apart...

I hope the process as slow as it keeps getting wins the race after all...
